Have you launched your brand and have been focusing on direct to consumer sales through online, markets and pop ups and now want to start doing wholesale and selling to stores in your city and/or other cities but not sure where to start or how to navigate the behind the scenes and the ins and outs of reaching out to buyers/store owners? I have worked with brands and sold their collections to stores all over North America and I have worked with brands on their wholesale strategies across Europe.

Wholesale Trade Show Strategy & Execution

Do you want to sell at industry trade shows but have no idea how they work, which show would be best for your brand or what you need to prepare before doing one? I have experience representing premium brands in showrooms and at trade shows throughout the North American market, as well as experience working behind the scenes for wholesale trade shows in Paris and with meeting with brands in trade shows throughout the European market.

I can work with you on:

-advising you with which trade shows would be best for your brand and industry, as well as assisting with trade show applications & placement

- what preparations and buyer outreach you need to do before your trade show

-how to set up your trade show booth, how to take orders/payment info, what questions to ask buyers

-what next steps you need to take after the trade shows

Showroom Leasing

Do you want to open your first showroom or multiple showrooms to show your collections in person to your current and potential customers but don't know where to find a seasonal or permanent space to do that, what to look for, or how to negotiate a commercial lease?

I can work with you to:

-determine where in the city you would like your showroom located and to put together specific site selection criteria (type of building, size, amenities etc)

-partner with my real estate broker connections to find different location options

- once the site is chosen draft and negotiate offer to lease {OTL} agreements on your behalf, then review leases and advise on any red flags/things to negotiate

- once a lease is signed create lease abstracts and review everything you need to do in order to get the space set up and doors open
