Lease Negotiations
Once you find the ideal site I can work directly with you on the entire leasing negotiation process. I have extensive experience doing lease negotiations for all types of retail locations from one month up to ten year term lengths. I will do everything we can to get you the specific terms you need to open & operate your retail business properly and successfully.
I can work with you to:
- draft & negotiate offer to lease (OTL) agreements to start the leasing process for a site
- review the lease agreement and advise on any red flags or items that need to be negotiated
- if needed connect with legal and insurance partners to do a final review of the lease
-once the lease is executed, create lease abstracts showing the important lease terms you need to be aware of on an ongoing basis
Store Setup + Operations
Once you have signed the lease and the countdown to opening is on, I can advise and introduce you to designers, contractors and signage companies to help you bring together your vision. Moreover, if you need help setting up the back end operations of your store and getting everything ready from the time you get your keys until you open the doors to the public - I can advise you with each step and connect you with tools & partners to support you.

- advise on what to look & ask for when you take possession of the store
- advise and introduce you to designers, contractors and signage companies
- advise on utility setup as well as obtaining permits and business licenses needed specific to that city
- advise on setting up the back end retail operation systems and tools you may need
